DATA STORED — COMMUNICATION
At 30 minute intervals the Trojan records:
- Month – Day – Hour – Minute
- Oil temperature
- Oil relative saturation – Inlet & Return
- Water in oil ppm – Inlet and Return
- Water removed during Filter Re-Dry
- Trojan operating pressures
Data can be accessed from the PLC by lap top onsite or from your desktop by dial up GSM software supplied by Trojan Systems. Fig.1 shows typical data collected. Deleting the existing data, re-setting the hours of Filtering or stopping the Trojan can be achieved by dial up communication. Alarm communications by GSM modem, “Bull Horn” (or similar) and digital output to existing onsite SCADA (or similar) can be supplied. Tell us what you require to meet your needs. If you need assistance interpreting the data we can help.

Charts can be created from the data similar to those in the “Examples” section to provide detailed treatment results.
